The Chancery and the Ambassador's Residence

The present-day buildings at 21-23 Belgrave Square were leased for 99 years in 1953. Following conversion of the three Georgian houses into one combined interior as the Ambassador's Residence and the addition of the chancery building, the Embassy has been fully functioning since 1955.
